Sharp General Contractors, Inc., is a full service, “A”-licensed commercial construction company serving the state of Colorado and surrounding areas. Specializing in all areas of commercial construction, we are extremely competitive in mid to large commercial “ground up” projects and tenant finishes.

Darren Sharp

Darren founded Sharp General Contractors in 2005, after building years of construction experience. Starting as a teenage laborer, Darren has worked his way up through every level and every phase of commercial construction. Graduating from Amherst College in Massachusetts with a degree in Economics, then moving to Wall Street working on the International Fixed Income side of the Investment Bank with J.P. Morgan Chase and Co., he particularly enjoys the “numbers” aspect of a construction project. Darren’s role in the company is plan review and estimating, project management and budget reconciliation, and establishing and preserving client relationships. Darren is highly committed to client satisfaction and the company’s success, which go hand in hand. He holds employees and subcontractors to a high standard of quality in all areas, ensuring a “client first” philosophy on each project.

Dave Rojewski

Dave joined forces with Sharp General Contractors in 2006. A native of Chicago’s “South Side.” Dave first became familiar with Colorado and the family (in-law) construction business while attending the U.S. Air Force Academy, from where he graduated with honors. After fulfilling his duties in the Air Force, Dave worked his way up to Captain for a commercial airline (ATA). In his role, Dave brings to SGC comprehensive, analytical and creative project management, with a special talent for customer and subcontractor relations. Typically preferring to be in the field, Dave contributes a proactive, problem solving, “get it done” approach to ensuring the success of a project. Dave is vested in the success of the company and is therefore constantly considering how daily project decision making and actions impact the overall budget and timeline of the project.
